It must be clear to travelers, the flexibility of their time against the travel, were they want to go, and when can they enjoy a place at its fullest.Like in Thailand, having a beach holiday during the cool season (November to March) is not advisable. According to Paul Stevens, Bangkok director of operations for Accor Hospitality says that the best time to enjoy a luxury beach resort in between May to August.
