Please give us a short summary of your website?

A mountain resort completely enclosed in a pine forest at 6000 feet altitude. Spa and conference facilities with high speed wireless internet and Directv are available. Fine dining in our tree top restaurant with American and Creole cuisine and mountain hiking to water falls on foot or horseback are also available.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I decided to sell The Lodge and retire.. I'm too old for it.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

It looks like a lodge in the mountains of Colorado

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

It's the only mountain Hotel and Spa resort completely enclosed in a Pine Forest that's 6000 feet above sea level in Haiti.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To retire

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

It's a very successful resort and should be easy to sell

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would add more fireplaces in rooms and suites

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Being a pioneer.. It's expensive

What has been your biggest challenge?

Building a road, and installing water and electricty

the internet

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

The country is going through a difficult time

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
